Cerakote Ceramic Coating
Cerakote is a special liquid application with many special characteristics. Cerakote is a thin coating that does not effect tolerances and has great chemical and corrosion resistance. Cerakote is also used in high temperature applications up to 1800 degrees which is great for exhaust parts.
Sand Blasting
Sand Blasting removes rust, scale, and debris from metal substrates. All pieces are sand blasted prior to coating to ensure they are thoroughly prepped before coatings. All parts are masked and plugged when needed prior to blasting.
Chemical Stripping
Chemical stripping allows us to remove any existing powder coat, paint, and other finishes before media blasting. This ensures that we can properly prepare all parts before coating to ensure the best finish possible.
Vapor Blasting
Vapor Blasting is an idea way to clean parts and restore back to a new factory finish. Vapor Blasting can be done on many substrates such as aluminum, rubber, plastic, brass, and magnesium. This is ideal for restoring and cleaning engine parts and cases/covers.
Curb Rash Repair
We understand mistakes happen and we are here to help! When getting your wheels coated, we can fix curb rash and wheel damage before the coating process to ensure your wheels are returned back like new!
